 Ink the Bay’s Alternative Pinup focuses on beauty, culture, style and fashion related to the Pinup and Alternative communities, meaning we are an all-inclusive contest that respects, encourages, and welcomes women of all shapes and sizes, to join us and have a great time!  

 This season we will have (3) competition categories to choose from; • Classic • Alternative • Curvy  This is a great opportunity for women who have just begun to show interest in the Pinup community, amateurs, and even for professionals to all be on one platform; network, learn, and/or grow with each other, where women supporting women is key! 

 We love everything from Traditional, Alternative, Rockabilly, and Gothic Pinup. Though it is not a requirement, we also adore inked models and body modification.

 1. Must be 18 years of age or older.   2. Contestants must wear their choice of a Classic or Alternative Pin-Up outfit. We will have (3) categories for competition: • Classic • Alternative • Curvy (Classic and Alternative both within category — Contestant’s choice of style) Every effort should be made to be dressed according to: classic or alternative style, and in good taste. A. Dresses, circle and pencil skirts, wiggle dresses, blouses, capris, high-wasted shorts, and vintage style swimwear. B. No nudity, no flashing, no pasties, no lingerie outfits, no bikinis/thongs and no Halloween style costumes. C. Military style outfits are welcome! D. Tattoos are welcome! E. If you are unsure what you want to wear fits these rules, just ask or send us a photo to info@inkthebay.com. F. Hairstyles, Makeup and Shoes must follow the same Alternative or Classic Styling.   3. Register at inkthebay.com, contact _, or enter at the show between the hours of 10am-2pm, March 24 • Registration must be completed before 2:00 pm on the day of the show. • Registration will be limited to 60 ladies (20 per category), so please register early. • No Registration = No entry.   4. Contestants must be dressed and ready and be on the stage at 4:00pm to receive entry number and last minute instructions. Meet behind the stage at 3:30pm.   5. Contest begins promptly at 4:00 pm on the indoor stage.   6. Each contestant will be announced numerically and will enter the stage.   7. The contestants will announce her stage name and say something about herself.   8. The judges will rank the contestants based on attire and authenticity to the category you have chosen to enter.  9. The top 3 Winners from each category will be ranked First-Third and receive prizes in accordance to placement.   10. The First place contestants from each category will move on the “Best of Show” contest in which they will complete amongst each other for the Title of Miss Pinup the Bay, and the top prizes for the day.
